When my wife and I decided to sell our house in Springfield we had no idea as to how to go about and do a reasonable deal. I asked Pete at one of the social event (having no idea that he was in real-estate) if he knew anything about selling a house. I was pleasantly surprised with a wealth of information that followed. In the following days Pete came up with detailed information on our area housing market and we decided to hire him. What followed was a constant stream of communication and valuable market information. After Pete inspected our house he developed a specific marketing plan to upgrade some features and to showcase our house. A short time after there was an offer on the house and we proceeded to a contract phase. Pete handled all the negotiations with skill of a pro and we finally settled on the deal. It only took 3 days to sell after everything was set in motion. I did find out that Pete was a retired Navy Captain and this was an unexpected pleasure for us. He handled our transaction in accordance to the oldest Navy tradition - honorably. For that we will always be grateful to the “Captain”.
